Multifunksjonelt treningssystem

If I knew it came from China I would never have bought it. There are no instructions or training instructions. I reached out to the company and they said no training instructions or videos are available. Resistance bands are not easily changed. I needed 2 screwdrivers to take it apart and have to do it every time you change bands. I’ll end up modifying it to make changes easier. There are a lot of plastic parts in this setup so I don’t know how long this thing will last. Overall I’m not impressed with this product and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

This product comes from China and takes a month to get here so just get something off Amazon and pay way less!!!

Waited over 2 months to recieve. Not worth the wait. Not worth it to send back. So, Buyer beware - do your research about this company before you buy…

Product is not as is decribed/depicted, the resistance levels are not easily changeable (requires screwdrhvwr to remove from the fixings) and it does not have two seperate foot straps

I use this every morning for 15 minutes before work. Arms, back, shoulders, squats. The foot straps make lower body exercises actually effective instead of just awkwardly standing on bands. I'm seeing real changes in my body and I haven't set foot in a gym. Best fitness purchase I've made.

I bought dumbbells, a bench, resistance bands, a pull-up bar. My spare room looked like a junk yard. Sold all of it and got this instead. It does 90% of what all that stuff did and takes up none of the space. My wife is much happier and I still get my workouts in. Win-win.

So simple but so effective. I was overcomplicating fitness for years.

Great for rehabbing my shoulder. I started with one band on light exercises and slowly built up. The bar keeps everything stable and controlled. My physio approved of it which was the main thing. Three months in and my shoulder is the strongest it's been since the injury.

I got this after my second baby when getting to the gym was impossible. I train during nap time in my kitchen. The bar is satisfying to use - it distributes the band tension evenly so it feels smooth, not jerky. I'm stronger now than I was before I got pregnant which honestly surprises me.

feels like lifting actual weights. Not flimsy at all.

My favourite thing about this is how fast I can get a workout in. No driving to the gym, no changing, no waiting for equipment. I grab the bar, clip the bands on, and I'm training in 30 seconds. 20 minutes later I'm done and showered. It's made me so much more consistent.

Solid bar, good bands, works well. The foam grips are comfortable and the resistance is genuine. Giving it 4 stars because I'm a bigger guy and at max resistance I could use more. For most people the range would be plenty. Good product, I just wish they sold heavier band add-ons.

I do Pilates three times a week and wanted something for upper body on off days. This is perfect. The bar gives me proper form on curls and presses and the bands have enough resistance to actually challenge me. My arms and shoulders have changed noticeably in about six weeks. Really glad I found this.

I live in a studio apartment. I have zero room for equipment. This stores behind my door and gives me a full body session. Done.

The overhead press with this thing is surprisingly hard with all bands on. My shoulders are burning after three sets. I used to think band training was a joke compared to weights but I was wrong. This is a proper workout.

I'm 55 and getting back into fitness after doing nothing for about ten years. This is perfect for starting slow. I use one or two bands and work through the basics - curls, presses, rows. It's not overwhelming like a gym full of machines and I can go at my own pace. Already feeling stronger after a month.

Love it. Quick to set up, easy to use, actually challenging.

Replaced my dumbbells with this. Less space, more exercises, same burn. My wife uses it too. We do completely different workouts on the same equipment just by changing the band setup. Smart design.

I was intimidated by the gym so I never went. This lets me train at home without anyone watching. The resistance is more than enough for me and I've already moved up from two bands to three. Feeling stronger every week.

I travel a lot for work. This goes in my suitcase every single trip. Bar comes apart, bands roll up, whole thing weighs nothing. Full workout in any hotel room. No more hunting for gyms in random cities.

Good product overall. The bar is sturdy and the bands provide decent resistance. 4 stars because the carabiner clips are a bit fiddly to switch bands quickly between exercises. Once they're on they're fine though. I use this 3-4 times a week and I'm happy with it.

The foot straps are great. Makes squats and deadlifts with the bands feel legit. Way better than just standing on them.

I bought this because I couldn't justify a gym membership I'd use twice a month. I use this in my living room 4 times a week now. Curls, presses, rows, squats - it covers everything. The bar makes it feel like you're actually lifting something real, not just pulling on elastic bands. My arms are more toned than they've been in years.

Really solid bit of kit.
