Massasje- og restitusjonssett

I keep this next to my couch and use it while watching TV in the evening. Roller on my back, stick on my calves, ball under my feet. It's become so automatic I don't even think about it. A month in and my whole body just moves easier - getting out of bed, bending down, all of it. I bought a second set for my mum who has the same desk-job stiffness and she's obsessed with it too.

My back cracks in the best way every single time I use the roller. Between that and the ball for my shoulders I've basically stopped complaining about stiffness. My wife says that alone was worth the money.

The ball is my favourite piece. I stand on it while brushing my teeth and my feet have never felt better. Simple but it works.

I run 5 times a week and this kit is part of my recovery now. Roller for IT band, stick for calves, ball for glutes. 10 minutes and my legs feel completely different the next morning. I've tried buying these pieces separately before and the quality was never this consistent across all three.

Honestly didn't expect much. Pleasantly surprised.

My wife got me this for my birthday. Best present she's ever bought me. My lower back has been tight for years and five minutes on the roller loosens it right up. The ball is great for my shoulders too.

I work from home and my back was a mess. This kit has been a lifesaver. I roll out during my lunch break and the difference by end of day is huge. The bag keeps everything tidy too which I appreciate - it just sits in the corner of my office.

Good quality set. The roller is firm and effective, the stick is handy for targeted areas. 4 stars because the ball is quite hard - fine for feet and back against a wall but a bit intense directly on muscle for me. I'll probably get used to it. Overall very happy with the kit.

Three tools, one bag, covers everything. My physio recommended foam rolling and the ball for trigger points. This kit saved me buying them separately. Quality is solid across all three pieces.

I bought this for general stiffness and it's become part of my nightly routine. Roller on my back, ball under my feet, done. I sleep better and wake up less stiff. Simple but effective.

I was paying for sports massage every two weeks. This hasn't fully replaced that but it's cut my visits in half. The roller stick is surprisingly good on my quads - I just sit on the couch and roll them out while watching TV.

Really nice set. The foam roller is firm and effective, the ball is perfect for feet and shoulders, and the stick works well on calves. Only reason for 4 stars is I wish the roller was slightly longer - it's fine for back but a bit short if you want to roll both legs at once. Everything else is great though.

Solid kit. Use it every day. No complaints.

My shoulders and upper back are always wrecked from sitting at a computer all day. Five minutes on the foam roller in the evening and I feel human again. The texture is aggressive enough to actually do something without being painful. Really well made.

The trigger point ball is my favourite. I put it between my back and the wall and just lean into the knots. Better than any massage I've paid for honestly.

I play rugby and recovery is everything. The roller on my quads and IT band after training has cut my soreness in half. The stick is great for my calves when they're really tight. Having all three tools in one kit means I actually use them instead of buying one thing at a time and forgetting about it.

Everything in the kit is solid quality. The foam roller is firm and the ball really gets into tight spots. 4 stars because the carrying bag is a bit snug fitting everything back in. Not a dealbreaker at all but worth mentioning. The products themselves are excellent.

Great kit. Good value for what you get.

I use all three pieces daily. Roller for my back, stick for my calves, ball under my feet while I'm at my desk. My body feels so much less stiff since I started.

The foam roller alone is worth the price. The texture really digs into knots. I use it on my back after work and the cracking and relief is instant.
